Trainer workspace

  1. Sign in at your academy’s /a/academy-name address. Only members of that academy can open its workspace.
  2. Create a course with lessons or an assessment with questions. Use the CSV template to import questions.
  3. Publish the content. Drafts cannot be assigned for learning or sold.
  4. Open Learners & access. Add a learner using their sign-in email, then grant course or test access.
  5. Alternatively, create an offer in Products & sales, choose a selling and original price, activate it, and share the store link.
  6. Open Reports to review lesson completion and test results. Manage your academy’s identity in Settings.

Learner area

  1. Use /a/academy-name/learner and sign in with the email assigned by your trainer.
  2. Open My courses for assigned or purchased lessons. Mark completion to save it to your account.
  3. Open My tests to start an assigned or purchased assessment. The allowed attempts and remaining time are shown.
  4. Resume unfinished attempts, then open Results & reports to review scores, topic analysis and permitted explanations.
  5. Use Reattempt while attempts remain. A new attempt has its own report.
  6. Browse store for additional products and Purchases for order status. Contact the trainer for access or payment help.

Platform administration

  1. Sign in with a platform-administrator account and open /control.
  2. Create a trainer and academy, then privately share the account credentials and trainer entry link.
  3. Assign learners or staff to an academy. Existing accounts retain their own passwords.
  4. To move a learner, assign the destination academy, then suspend the old membership. Old results are retained.
  5. Suspend or restore an academy or an individual membership, and review the activity log.

Using the current Vercel address

Academies currently use /a/academy-name and /a/academy-name/learner. Custom domains will be connected later. Changing an address will not move accounts, course ownership or learner history.
